At the request of our customers, we have developed over the past ten years a rigorous concept of real estate investment.

The investment directly benefits the income of the building or buildings. Each investor become an owner and is registered at the land registry office => total transparency and no additional or consequential costs.

Real Estate Investment (buildings) is not as volatile as for private property objects (houses or apartments). The price of the property is essentially determined by the amount of rentals, except in some areas overexposed there is no risk rentals reduction.
